The Monologue Collective

A young alien fairy navigates their way from Saturn to Earth as they also navigate their own evolving identity; they’re not sure which takes longer.

Saturn Fairy was written as a part of The Monologue Collective—a program created by Laneikka Denne in 2020 where ten teenage writers were commissioned to create 6-8 minute monologues for teenagers to perform.

It was performed to sold-out audiences at KXT and Shopfront Arts Co-op in October and November, 2022.
